Well, this is unusual, the racist old guy is LESS racist and discriminative than neartly every other human character we’ve seen so far.
Add a couple more paper bags and several paper towel rolls, and you could craft a neat costume!

Alternate idea would be he uses the muto as a mask but he relishes ripping it off to give customers raspberries and freaking them out.
I’m all for the acid, but I think this dude’s not actually being very tolerant at all. He’s one of those “polite” bigots who pressure people to look/act in some way that doesn’t disconcert your average, everyday racist/speciesist. So the message is: act in a way that doesn’t make me uncomfortable, or I’ll find some way to make your life miserable!

A bag isn’t too bad. He might have plumped for recommending surgery or genetic manipulation.
