I remember when we got a laserdisc player in my school. I figured we were about five years from a holodeck.
Laserdisc? Way before my time… all I remember was vhs and then the gradual shift to dvd.
Keep up the good work with the comic, I like where its heading so far!
Reminds me of David Icke and his confusion of why no one will take his ranting about lizardmen controlling the world seriously, or why everyone calls him insane when he dubs himself a messiah and wears a robe.
I love that this town seems to have an ugly lockup in their police office!

The tick-marks on the wall are consistently placed from frame to frame. But it is clear that it is not the same background but was instead re-drawn with the tickmarks placed in the same spot. It’s a little detail that I like, although unimportant.
So, is this guy gonna be their token human friend, or does his love of Hollow-Earth lore count as racism?
Neither! He dies in a steamroller accident in the next strip.
